I don't know if this is already a product, but someone should invent an electric boiling indicator that you'd place in a pot of water and beep when the water starts to boil.

Something like that.
It's just that these electric stoves like to go from not boiling to boiling over in about 5 seconds (when set on High - I do everything on High)
