Tom noticed this article on slashdot and pointed it out to me.

I found the article. It doesn't really say much. It's a pronouncement, not an argument. Follow the links in that article. The guy accuses several real physicists of being crackpots. Read the entire thing. Apparently he understands relativity, but no one else does. However, it is all pronouncement, with no references of any kind. "I get it, they don't."
I also like the part where he calls anyone who corrected his grammar "grammar Nazis."
Who's the crackpot here?
That said, there is a vast difference between what is theoretically possible and what is practical. Time travel may be theoretically possible (sort of, read what a real scientist has to say) but don't plot to kill baby hitler just yet.
